100 tons of waste (out of the 4 billion produced annually) end up at sea, much of which is made of plastics. Some do not hesitate to speak of « seventh continent ». Floating objects or microparticles, these plastic waste is deposited on the beaches, disperse at sea, are found on the seabed. What effects do they have on humans and their environment?
